Service Delivery Assessment
The Illinios Department of Healthcare and Family Services is seeking a qualified vendor to conduct a Service Delivery Assessment of the Title IV-D Child Support Enforcement Program as related to the service delivery in Cook County. This assessment shall include recommendations for improvements in service delivery and opportunities to realize greater efficiencies.
