Service Counter Renovation
- This RFP had a pre-bid event.
The Project consists of remodeling service counters in the below listed areas:
1. Assessment, Access Services and ABEESL in Student Service Area. Work includes, but is not limited to, the following: removing and relocating existing casework and countertops, providing new casework and countertops, patch and repair of existing floor and wall finishes, and providing new interior storefront doors and framing.
2. Service Counter at Financial Aid. Work includes, but is not limited to, relocating existing light fixture, removing existing countertops and replacing with new, providing new wall board fascia and soffit, patch and repair of existing wall finishes, and relocating existing manually operated overhead coiling door.
3. Service Counter at lobby. Work includes, but is not limited to, removing existing countertop and replacing with new, refinishing existing countertop to remain. providing new wall board fascia and acoustical ceiling soffit, patch and repair of existing wall finishes, and relocating existing electrically operated overhead coiling door.
