THIS IS A SUBCONTRACTING OPPORTUNITY
Homestead Job Corps Center, a student residential training facility located at 12350 SW 285 Street, Homestead FL. 33033, is currently seeking licensed and insured local contractors for the following services on Center:
Security/Protective services( payroll- bimonthly)
Pest Control
Elevator Maintenance Service
Bed/Linen Service
Floor Mat Service
Medical Bio-hazard waste collection
Lawn/Landscaping Service
Solid Waste Removal Service
Outside Lighting Service
Propane Gas Service
AC Controls Maintenance Service (Barbara Goldman and Trane Units)
HVAC General Maintenance Service
HVAC Filter Service
Contracts will be on a year to year basis and in accordance with Depatment of Labor National Contract with ResCare, Inc.
Homestead Job Corps is a federally funded facility and etitled to GSA pricing and all applicable Federal Regulations will be in effect.
