Service Agreement Lecia Aperio AT Scan Scope
The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Animal Research Service (ARS), has a requirement for a service agreement for from 10/07/2019-10/06/2020 for 1 ea. Leica Aperio AT2 (s/n 7094) with Spectrum Plus Device License, Genie, Whole Cell Quantification, Area Quantification and Barcode License.
The service agreement should include
Monday through Friday coverage of service to the Lecia Aperio AT@ for labor, travel expenses and parts (excluding consumable items and lasers) for the following:
One Preventative Maintenance Inspection to be performed during a twelve month period
Unlimited service visits during the contract term
Unlimited telephone support for instrument and applications
The purpose of this sources sought is to inquire if there are vendors available to service the equipment.
