Service & Repair - Automotive/Light Truck/SUV - Term Contract
The sole purpose and intent of this Invitation for Bid is to secure a firm, fixed hourly rate and establish a Term Contract for the Service & Repair of Automobiles, Light Trucks & SUVs on an as needed basis for County vehicles.
Service & repair shall be completed on-site or at the successful bidder's place of business as requested by the designated
County representative.
GENERAL
Automobiles, Light Trucks & SUVs, for the purposes of this bid, shall be defined as vehicles with a gross vehicle weight rating
(GVWR) of less than 15,000. GVWR is the maximum allowable weight of a fully loaded vehicle.
This contract shall not allow for the purchase of stand-alone parts or equipment. Parts are only authorized to be purchased
under the contract as part of a repair.
