Amendment No. 003, effective Nov 18, 2015, was mailed via UPS and the Davis Bacon Wage Determination was emailed to all contractors that have submitted the required document and have received a specification package, on Nov 18, 2015 with answers to the RFIs. The proposal due has been extended to Nov 25, 2015 at 3:00 p.m.
