Septic Collection, Inspection, and Maintenance Service at Tokorozawa Transmitter Site
The Contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to collect, disinfect, transport, inspect, maintain and discharge sewage and waste water at Tokorozawa Transmitter Site identified in paragraphs 1.1. and 1.2. of this Performance Work Statement in a safe, timely and professional manner in accordance with applicable Japanese Environmental Governing Standards (JEGS), Japanese laws, pertinent regulations and commercial standards and practices. Please contact the Point of Contact (POC) below and receive the solicitation documents prior to the date of the site visit. The whole package will not be posted on the FedBizOpps.
SITE VISIT: Please see attached document, "Notice of Offeror" for information of site visit. All offerors are encouraged to participate in the site visit. Please make an appointment with the POC for attending the site visit. You must bring the proper identification (valid passport or driver's license with 8 digits password). For the vehicle pass, please make sure you bring the proper original insurance documents. The Government will not provide any transportations to participants.
NOTE: This project requires certification/permits of "Septic Tank Qualified Person" and "General Waste Collection and Transportation Permits" issued by the appropriate Government of Japan (GOJ) authorities.
