Sensors, Communications, and Electronics (SCE) Consortium pOTA Solicitation
This pOTA solicitation is a request for proposals to organize and operate the Sensors, Communications and Electronics Consortium (SCEC), a consortium of industrial, institutions of higher education and nonprofit organizations, hereafter referred to as the "Consortium" or "SCEC". The Consortium will engage in (a) sensors, communications and electronics research and prototyping; (b) identify and facilitate private sector technology opportunities; and (c) follow-on production for the U.S. Army Communications-Electronics Research, Development and Engineering Center, hereafter referred to as "the Government." Proposals are solicited that address the organization and operation of the Consortium. It is anticipated that an award will be made under the authority of Section 815 of the Fiscal Year (FY) 2016 National Defense Authorization Act, codified in 10 USC 2371b.
This is a follow-up to announcements W909MY-17-R-J002 and W909MY-17-R-J002A. Proposals shall be submitted to the government in accordance with solicitation instructions in the attached document no later than 30 Jun 17, 4:00pm EST. Questions must be submitted via email to the POCs below.
