Senior-Level Communications Services
The purpose of this requirement is to provide AIDS.gov and the Office of HIV/AIDS and Infectious Disease Policy (OHAIDP) in the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) with senior-level communications services for policy and strategy writing and planning and information dissemination. The contractor shall have extensive knowledge of Federal HIV/AIDS- and viral hepatitis-related policy and programs; deep familiarity with HIV and viral hepatitis science, significant recent experience in working directly with senior leaders (preferably from HHS), including the Immediate Office of the Secretary, and the Secretary's representatives, and the White House; and the ability to advise AIDS.gov, OHAIDP, and senior leaders from across the U.S. Government (USG) and help them to develop a broad variety of traditional and new media communications in support of AIDS.gov and other OHAIDP activities.
