Senior Project Planner Compliance Assurance
The Energy Resources Conservation Board (ERCB), Compliance, Environment, and Operations Branch, located in Calgary, Alberta, requires the services of a business consultant to work as a Program Manager for the Compliance Assurance Initiative (CAI).
Manage the completion of the CAI initiatives and the Compliance Assurance Knowledge and Education Program inception to completion.
In collaboration with other ERCB Groups and external providers create consistent course content
Identify pre-requisite courses
Investigate various modes of course delivery and provide recommendations.
Identify and implement a scheduling solution for participants.
Creation and implementation of a method to monitor the success of the program and incorporate continual improvement processes to ensure training content remains consistent and relevant.
Provide an implementation plan to operationalize the program deliverables and processes to ACCS and applicable ERCB groups.
The Program will ensure that all staff engaged in compliance assurance activities will be trained to deliver the respective compliance assurance programs in a professional, safe, consistent, fair and timely manner. The program will also identify essential stakeholder outreach topics related to Compliance Assurance education and intervention.
