The Utility District is seeking proposals from qualified firms. Proposers with expertise in recruitment and selection will conduct candidate search/professional recruiting and selection services for managerial level and technical hard to fill positions as designated by the District and to develop and validate selection examinations on an as needed basis over a two (2) year period. Services are needed from approximately October 1, 2010 to September 31, 2012.
