Senior Food Program
The Senior Program will go out to bid every six (6) months. The food items and quantities for the bid will be determined by the cycle menu. The Bidder’s Proposal Sheet has quantities needed for 1 cycle menu (six (6) week period) and the distributors must meeting HACCP requirements. Vendors will be asked to provide prices for items as specified on proposal sheet. Bids will be considered price agreements for the duration of the contract cycle and price increases will be negotiated and agreed to by both parties
