Senior Fall Prevention Program

Purpose of RFP: The Department is requesting proposals to implement the Senior Fall Prevention Project. There are three awards available. The available budget is $4,000 for each award. This pilot project will determine how the program, an evidence-based community fall prevention intervention, can be successfully translated into practice in communities throughout North Dakota.
