The purpose of this acquisition is to procure three (3) self-service kiosks for use on Peterson AFB. The Military Personnel Flight (MPF) Customer Support Section and Career Development Section (21 FSS/FSMP), the Education Services Customer Service Section/ Center (21 FSS/FSDE) and Financial Operations Flight (21 CPTS) require customizable sign-in tools that provide customers with a quick and easy way to sign in, allows individuals to manage the day-to-day interaction with customers, and gives managers the ability to pull management reports to capture key statistical data. The equipment must be a stand-alone system that does not require a comm connection, and is able to utilize existing internet. The kiosks will be placed in the lobby area of each of the aforementioned sections.
