The College is soliciting statements of qualifications ("Qualifications") for selection of an Architect/Engineer for design
services in support of the renovation of the College Harlingen Building 20PM as an Engineering Center
("Project"), in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements set forth in this Request for
Qualifications. Texas State Technical College will be the fiscal agent and contract manager for the
"Project" and reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals, waive any and all
formalities, and select the proposal deemed to be in the best interests of TSTC Harlingen.
