The University is soliciting proposals in response to this Request for Proposal for Selection of a Vendor to Provide Electronic Eligibility solutions for University Hospitals and Clinics , from qualified vendors is to provide a complete integrated solution with the EPIC AR and EMR systems for both Hospital billing and Professional billing systems . The Products and Services, which are more specifically described in Section 5.4 (Scope of Work) of this RFP, include (1.) Electronic Eligibility to verify demographic and insurance information. (2.) Patient address verification. (3.) Integrate with EPIC. (4.) Patient Payment estimator (5.) Up-front cost and timeline for

implementation (6) Demonstration of a live system with other hospitals in a similar set up (7.)Yearly recurring cost (8) Duration of contract (9.)Cancelation verbiage.(10.) Reporting functionalities both operational and strategic. (11.) Ability to interact directly with payor websites for additional information not available through 271 (12.) Customizing alerts and responses and the ease of interpreting the same.
