Selection of a Vendor to Provide Architectural/Engineering Feasibility Study
The University of Texas Pan American (University) is soliciting qualified architects and engineering firms (Professional or Professionals) to submit qualifications in response to this Request for Qualifications for Selection of a Professional to Provide Architectural and feasibility Services related to the Study of an Expansion of the Student Union building, RFQ No.10-MR-02 (this RFQ. The Services, which are more specifically described in Section 5.4 (Scope of Work) of this RFQ, include (1) conducting an assessment of the current facility to make recommendations for expanding and/or modifying the space to meet the current and future needs of the University ; (2) Conducting a formal satisfaction and needs survey of campus constituencies; and (3) Conducting a fee/cost feasibility survey of students for the financing of the project that will serve as the foundation for the drafting of a student referendum.
