Seized Property File Folders
One-time bid contract for Department of Homeland Security/U.S. Customs and Border Protection. Contract is for printing, production of 540,012 file folders. File folders print in black ink. Construction is a two pieces (front and back leaf) that are held together with a reinforced strip. At contractor's option, folder may be constructed of one-piece material utilizing a scored "W" fold and affix one metal prong fastener on inside of both panels (left and right). Metal fasteners can be embedded fastener or welded/bonded fastener construction). Final size is 9-1/2 x 11-3/4".
Four partial deliveries of 135,000 file folders are required on November 22, 2019, January 30, 2020, April 30, 2020 and July 30, 2020.
Deliver f.o.b. destination to Indianapolis, IN.
Quality Level III is required.
