Seismic & Tenant Improvements
- This RFP had a pre-bid event.
The County owns the building and has partially abated the building. Minor abatement work will be completed upon start of construction work. County also plans to replace the glass windows on a separate project and it will be completed before start of construction. The County plans to upgrade the building seismically and provide tenant improvements.
