The Department is seeking Proposals from qualified managed care organizations (MCOs) to provide prepaid health care to eligible Medical Assistance (MA) and MinnesotaCare recipients in Brown, Dodge, Freeborn, Goodhue, Kanabec, Morrison, Sibley, Steele, Todd, Wabasha, Wadena and Waseca Counties. Whenever the term "The Counties" is used in this document it refers to these 12 counties.
