Seeking Regional Public Health Preparedness Advisors

The Department of Public Health is seeking Regional Public Health Preparedness Advisors to assist local health departments and districts in completing exercises and performance assessment tools to enhance public health response to emergencies. Local health departments and districts that employ full-time directors of health and regional planning agencies are eligible to submit proposals. Up to $530,000 is available per year for three years in each of two Department of Emergency Management and Homeland Security (DEMHS) planning and preparedness regions (Regions 2 and 3).
