The selected contractor will work with BKi to set up and host shared applications in a
secure environment, provide technical support in a timely manner and ensure consistent
speed as specified in the scope of work. The contractor will provide appropriate tools and
necessary guidance to empower BKi technical staff with low-level administration
functionality. Our procedure involves an online Work Order system (with current
provider) which selected contractor will need to create to work in conjunction with BKis
Work Order system.
