Accepting Bids for Bi-Monthly pest control services
This is a combined synopis/solicitation for Bi-monthly pest control services conducting under Simplified Acquistion Procedures (SAP) pursuant to the authority of FAR Subpart 13. This announcement consitutes the only solicittion; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issured. The cluses and provision referenced in this solicitation may be obtained in full text form at www.acquistion.gov. The Department of Health and Human Service/Indian Health Service has a requriement for Bi-monthly . Information is on attached statement of work for the Winnebago Indian Health Service. The location will be at the Winnebago Indian Hospital, located in Winnebago, NE. POC for this buy is Jenny Whitebeaver
Basis for award:
The Government intends to award a single award resulting from the solicitation to the responsible offerors whose proposal represents lowest acceptable cost. proposals shall contain the offerors best pricing. The Government intends to evaluate and award with no discussion. The Govenment reserves the right to make no awards as a result of this solicitation.

The unit pricing must be all inclusive (to include but not limited to travel, lodging, per diem, fringe benefits, federal, state, and local taxes) plus all other costs pertinent to the performance of this contract. Utilize your most competive and reasonable rates.
INSTRUCTION TO QUOTERS: Quote must contain the following documents in order to be considered responsive and eligibel for an award:
1. Fill out the attached SF-18
2. Fill out Offeror Representation & Certification and return with the quote
3. Ability to meet or exceed the statement of work
4. Price evaluations - The Government shall conduct a price evaluation of all technically acceptable offers.
