Seeker Test Van Upgrade
1) Deliverables of cabling items. Deliverable items shall consist of power distribution hardware and a performance verification checksheet indicating that installation and system check-out was performed in the China Lake Seeker Test Van. (Quantity - 1 lot).
2) Contractor to design and fabricate power supply and cable routing assembly for components in 19-inch racks. (Quantity - 1 each).
The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis this requirement. This requirement is sole sourced to Green Mountain Research Inc., 116 Lily Flagg Road SW, Suite C, Huntsville, AL 35802 due to unique capability. All cables must match up to hardware and controller previously developed by Green Mountain Research Inc. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however any firms believing that they can provide this material may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. It must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the item without causing programmatic hardship. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The writen respons shall refrence solitation number N6893618Q0092.
