Seed pelleting equipment (lab sized)
The USDA, ARS, Northwest Irrigation and Soils Research laboratory has a requirement for laboratory sized seed pelleting equipment.
The specifications are as follows:
Feeding seed hopper for a seed batch of 1-5 lbs
Rotor size of a minimum of Ø310mm
Chrome coated spinning disc/bowl and mixing plates
Peristaltic Pump Hi-Flow precision 06
Automated (atomizer) and manual dosing of pelleting liquids (outlets at least 1.6 mm heads)
Provide Tygon hoses (6-8 ft), 0.8x1.6mm and 3.1x1.6mm.
Discharging/receiving opening/hopper (manually operated)
Power 110/60hz
