A. GENERAL INFORMATION

1 Control Accessory Package (Backup Battery, 12vdc power supply)

1 LCD Alpha Keypad
1 Indoor ceiling-mount PIR motion unit to front of vault area
T1 >> Reconnect existing contacts on front door and front gate
T1 >> Reconnect existing motion unit in vault
3. Background: Security upgrades for MSRT Armory.
4. Type of Contract Contemplated: This will be a firm-fixed priced purchase order.

1 6amp, 8channel Card Access Power supply
1 4-port router (to create stand-alone local network within the vault)
1 large cabinet for housing router & controller

IP Cameras - Remote-Managed Video Surveillance System
1. Outer-Front edge of building looking towards front gate
2. Outer-Side of building towards ammunition building
1 4-channel embedded NVR w/POE, 4TB storage
2 Interior/Exterior 3MP IP camera, 4mm lens, 60' IR
1 Misc. connectors, hardware, conduit
1 Non-plenum PVC CAT5 Wire
1 Head-end programming & setup
E. TRAVEL
The principal place of performance is 1260 Shotgun Rd; Chesapeake, VA 23322. Accordingly, reimbursable travel and per diem for the contractor's employees performing work on a regular basis at this place of performance is not authorized. Any changes to this must be approved in advance by the contracting officer.

Period of Performance
The period of performance may be stated using actual dates, days after contract award, or using some other method. If different periods of performance will apply to different tasks, the tasks and related periods of performance should be clearly identified.
