Security Systems Preventive Maintenance Services
The Social Security Administration (SSA) has a requirement for Security Systems preventive maintenance services at the Region 9 Regional Office located at Frank Hagel Federal Building, 1221 Nevin Ave., Richmond, CA 94801-3123. SSA anticipates awarding a firm fixed price contract. This acquisition is a set-aside 100 percent total small business concern. Offers received from other than small business source will be deemed unacceptable and will not be considered. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 238210.
This acquisition is for commercial services prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition (FAR) Part 12 and conducted using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13. Awardee will be required to undergo a security background screening which will include fingerprinting before beginning performance. Offeror must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at www.sam.gov. Offeror must have a Dun and Bradstreet (DUNS) number to begin registration. The period of performance will be from September 30, 2015, or date of award, through April 30, 2016. Base with four-one-year option periods.
