Mandatory visit: July 29, 2009
The Contractor shall provide pricing for the upgrade and maintenance of a Lenel
Security System located at the Bureau of Medicine and Surgery, 2300 East Street, NW, Washington, 20372 in accordance with the Statement of Work in section C of this Request for Quote. A mandatory site visit has been scheduled for 10:00 am on 29 July 2009 at the Bureau of Medicine and Surgery for this requirement. Vendors must contact Ms. Diana Luckey 202-762-3199 ([email protected]) or Denise Lee ([email protected]) 202-762-3200 24 hours in advance with the name of the company and the person representing them. Proper identification is required to enter the installation.
