Security Services
Security personnel will provide patrol and surveillance services. Security personnel shall maintain two-way radio or cellular telephone contact with their headquarters and shall be equipped with radios or cellular telephones having the capability to conduct two-way conversations with the Police Department, and/or other law enforcement agencies.
