Security Master Management Plan
The Board requests submission of qualifications from interested architects/engineers to develop a Security Master Management System that will include electronic monitoring and locking systems with associated hard/software controls for the University. The work shall include a campus study/survey to identify the University's needs, development of multi-year phases of implementation, assisting the University in developing contract documents for bidding purposes, receiving bids, awarding contracts and overseeing the installation process of the electronic hardware.
