University (hereafter referred to as University) seeks proposals from qualified
vendors to provide building security services for various buildings.
2. CONTRACT PERIOD
The term of any resulting agreement will be from the date of award for a period of two
(2) years. The University reserves the right, under the same terms and conditions
contained in this RFP, to extend for up to two (2) additional one-year periods not to
exceed a total of four (4) years.
