State is seeking firms to provide Security Equipment Contraband Team Detection Kit Part Number CT-30(FV) or Equal Alternate kits shall, at a minimum; Contain all individual items, components, parts, accessories and quantities as those contained in the kit specified, including 1 ea (P/N FV-10X2.0 LED 80) 2 way articulating fiberscope that are either the same make, model and item numbers as those contained in the kit specified or, if alternates are offered, alternates shall be those that are of equal or better quality, performance and functional levels as those contained in the kit specified; Have individual packaging and/or a carrying case that is of equal or better quality level than the kit specified. Alternate cases should also be either the same or smaller dimensions (for storage purposes) than that of the kit specified.
