Security Enhancements
Elevator Replacement/Miscellaneous Steelwork/Security Enhancements, First and Second Structures. Work primarily consists of replacing four existing interior elevators located on the inside of the towers with eight new exterior elevators located on the outside of and attached to the towers. There are several miscellaneous steelwork repairs, cleaning and repainting of the tower interior cells in selected cells, and fencing. Bidders are advised that this Project is one which will be subject to State and Federal Prevailing Wage Rate requirements and Disadvantaged Business Enterprise ("DBE") Requirements. The DBE participation goal is 5.0%. Documents will be available on December 7, 2009 for Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00) per set and must be obtained in person or by mail.
