Security Contractor for OCC Facilities
The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency intends to release a solicitation for a security contractor to provide the following security services to support all OCC facilities: Program Management, Security Engineering and Design Services, Installation, Service and Repair, Preventative Maintenance, Inventory Control, and end-user Training in support of the OCC Physical Security Program. An indefinite delivery indefinite quantity contract award is contemplated. The period of performance will consist of a base year estimated to commence on May 20, 2009 and three one-year option periods. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561621 - Security Systems Services.
This procurement will be conducted as a full and open competition in accordance with the policies under FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with the policies and procedures in FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation.
