This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.203 with additional information included in this notice and all information in attached document.
(ii) The solicitation number is W91WRZ-18-Q-0008 and it is issued as Request for Quote (RFQ).
(iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95 dated 19 January 2017; DFARS 22 December 2016; AFARSREVISION #026 13 October 2017.
(iv) This solicitation is being competed as a 100% small business set-aside. The applicable NAICS code is 332722 and small business size is 500 employees.
(v) A list of contract line item number(s) and items, quantities and units of measure is stated in attached Pricing for Solicitation Attachment 1 for your unit price and
(vi) Further information regarding this requirement i.e. place of delivery, date of delivery, POCs and shipping instructions are clearly stated on the attachment Solicitation W91WRZ-18-Q-0008 (PDF).
