The University of Northern Colorado (UNC) is planning to install an IP Network based Digital Video Surveillance System into the new campus residence hall located on the west-campus in Greeley Colorado and develop a campus standard for video equipment that will allow for future expansion to other building areas on campus. The purpose of this document is to request a proposal for a solution based on the criteria outlined in this package. We expect each respondent to demonstrate its uniqueness in fulfilling this request.
