Required Period of Performance 1 October 2013 thru 30 September 2014 with four 1-year option periods.
The following Request for Quotes (RFQ) is being used for procurement of Intrusion Detection Alarm Systems, Access Control, Preventive Maintenance, and Upgrades. The period of performance for these this service is 1 October 2013 through 30 September 2014 with four 1-year option periods.
Unless it is determined not to be in the Government's best interest in accordance with FAR 17.206(b); offers will be evaluated for award purposes by adding the total price for all options to the total price for the basic requirement. To evaluate FAR clause 52.217-8; 50% of the final option year (six month) value will be added to the total proposed amount for evaluating pricing only, this amount will not be included in the total aggregate value of the resulting contract. This addition is for evaluation purposes only.
Quotes shall be evaluated on a LPTA basis. Award will be made to the vendor that submitted the LPTA quote that meets all contractual requirements stated within this RFQ.
