Security Assessment for Westchester Countys Bee-Line Transit System

The County's Department of Transportation is seeking proposals from qualified firms to undertake a comprehensive Security Risk and Vulnerability Assessment (SA) of the County's Bee-Line transit system. The assessment, in accordance with the best practices for transit systems, will identify the security risks and vulnerabilities to the Bee-Line System and recommend mitigation measures to address them. Based on the findings of the SA, the consultant will assist DOT in meeting the new and developing TSA guidelines for bus transit system security and Westchester County will update its Security Plan for the Bee-Line System specifically for:
