Secured Web Based Online Student Registration and Online Event Manager
The Contractor shall provide a secure statewide web based online registration for students to take traditional Hunter, Bowhunter and Trapper Education courses, and a web based online event manager to manage all students (approx 18,000 annually), instructors (approx 800), various administration and reports.
