The AFLCMC/HBKAA Contracting Office at Robins AFB, GA has a requirement for a Secure Software Development Room, to be assembled and delivered in accordance with the requirements and specifications outlined in the attached Request for Proposal(s) (RFP) FA8555-18-R-0001 and Statement of Work. This requirement was previously synopsized in Presolicitation Notice FA8555-18-R-0001 on 15 Novemeber 2017.  The government intends to award a single, firm fixed price contract, whose delivery requirements are outlined in the RFP schedule and Statement of Work. FAR Part 15 procedures will be utilized in this acquisition. In response to this RFP, offerors shall prepare their proposals in accordance with mandatory, explicit and detailed instruction contained in the RFP. It is anticipated that this acquisition will utlize a lowest-price technically acceptable source selection process, in which the award will be made to the lowest priced offerror whose response meets the technical requirements of the RFP. The government will evaluate proposals and make award in accordance with the "Proposal Requirements, Instructions to Offerors and Evaluation Basis for Award" provision in the RFP. Interested offerors may notify the POCs listed below for any additional questions. No telephone questions. Offerors are encouraged to register to receive notification for solicitation and all amendments/revisions and to check FEDBIZOPPS site prior to submisstion of their proposal.  Please note that this acquisistion is being conducted as a Total Small Business Set Aside.
