Secure DL system
The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals for the design, development,
implementation, management, and support of a Secure Driver License System (SDL
System) that will enable the Division of Motor Vehicles to produce secure
and tamper resistant driver licenses and identification cards that meet State and federal
mandates, as well as national security requirements. The SDL System should incorporate
the functions of customer tracking, data collection and administration, identity verification,
and card printing, TDC printing and mailing.
