Searchable Online Database for Off Campus Housing

The Board of Trustees of the University of Arkansas, acting for and on behalf of the University of Arkansas Fayetteville (the University), is seeking Request for Proposals to establish a term contract for a searchable on-line database for off-campus housing which is supportive of the needs and requirement of the University research/education community.
The University of Arkansas, University Housing and the Office of Non-Traditional and Commuter Students is seeking to provide a searchable on-line database to be accessed through its existing website. This database is to be utilized as a free service by prospective renters comprised of students (approximately 17,000) as well as faculty and staff.
This Request for Proposal (RFP) describes the specifications required and asks vendors to submit proposals on the installation and implementation of the system. Vendor responses will be gauged on price, but also the level of support before, during, and after the installation. In every case, vendor proposals must meet or exceed all specifications and requirements as outlined in this RFP.
