The contractor shall provide all materials, equipment and labor to apply asphalt coal tar emulsion sealant to parking lots and re-paint striped parking spaces and other pavement paint markings as described in the specifications below or if no specifications are provided, according to the manufacturer's recommendations and industry standards. Contractor shall provide primer coat and 2 coats of refined coal tar emulsion sealer with additive and a rubberized or polymer admixture in all areas.
