Seal Coat Parking Lots & Drives
Provide all labor, materials, and equipment required for cleaning preparation, patching, and application of an emulsified slurry seal surface treatment of drive and parking areas (approximately 62,400 square feet) and re-stripe parking areas. Patching shall include an area approximately 120 square feet at the southwest corner of main building and trench approximately 2'W x 64'L at back drive of building (both areas are already saw cut). Complete all work as outlined in the specifications and indicated on the attached drawing.
