The subject requirement is for the acquisition of 1 NSN for a code and part number item. The FSC of this requirement is 4320. An Indefinite Quantity Long-Term Contract for a total of three years is anticipated. The total duration base plus option years shall not exceed 3 years. Solicitation will be an unrestricted acquisition with other than full & open competition.
