The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Northwest Mountain Region is publishing this Screening Information Request (SIR) to support the Design-Build of a new approximately 11,000 sq/f administrative support building adjacent to the current Airport Traffic Control Tower at the Portland International Airport (PDX).
This announcement constitutes Phase I of a two-phase evaluation process. Responses to this announcement will be evaluated according to the criteria set forth in the attached document. No more than three (3) contractors will be selected from this announcement to compete in the Phase II selection process for award.
