The Department of Defense Elementary and Secondary Schools (DDESS) intends to issue a firm fixed price, competitive award using FAR parts 12 & 13, to procure screen capture software in support of the DoDEA/DDESS Schools. The expected delivery date 15 September 2019, with period of performance 15 September 2019 through 14 September 2020, and two 12-month option periods. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 511210 - Software Publishers. The solicitation number is HE125419Q3019 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ).

This action incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular, Class Deviation and DCN as of date of this solicitation.
