Scrap Metal Removal
The Department seeks to engage in an Open Agency Contract for "Scrap Metal" with qualified Contractor to provide the services described on the Request for Quotation. The initial term of the Open Agency Contract will be for one (1) year with four options to renew in one (1) year increments. The Department may, at its discretion and with the consent of the of the awarded Contractor, renew this contract up to four (4) additional one (1) year terms at the same terms and conditions. Contractor shall pay the Department per Scrap Metal Removal. Contractor shall provide 30-cubic-yard container, based on the EPA guidelines for storage and disposal of metal.
