Scientific Supplies and Equipment
The University may choose to enter into multiple contracts for Scientific Supplies and Equipment. Contracts for Scientific Supplies and Equipment will be awarded to the firm(s) or individual(s) with reasonable prices that meet the requirements of this proposal and that serve the best interest of the University based on the evaluation criteria in this Request for Proposal.
During the course of the Agreement(s) resulting from this solicitation, the University, at its sole discretion, may add additional firms, provided that they meet the stated requirements of this Request for Proposal.
Proposer may submit proposals for one (1) or more of the following areas:
A.
Scientific Chemicals and Supplies
B.
Scientific Equipment and any related maintenance or service
The University desires to place orders with the successful firm(s) under this solicitation via any electronic methods of ordering offered by the successful firm(s), and to make payment for these orders with a Visa Card.
