Scientific Oversight

fiscally and legally responsible entity with demonstrated expertise in independent continuous scientific peer review and oversight. The contractor will establish and maintain an independent Oversight Panel for each funded consortium. It is expected that each Oversight Panel will be comprised of five to eight members.
